You provide directly

• Account info — name and email when you sign up or join the waitlist
• Payment info — processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number
• Uploaded images — used solely to process your request
• Feedback — ratings and notes you submit

• Usage data, browser/device info, IP address, and server logs

2. How We Use It

• Provide and improve the Stitch AI service
• Process payments and manage subscriptions
• Send transactional emails (receipts, service updates)
• Detect and prevent fraud or abuse
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Third-Party Services

• Railway — backend hosting

4. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. Uploaded images are processed and not stored permanently. Payment records are kept 7 years as required by law. You may request deletion at any time.

5. Your Rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your data at any time by emailing stitchai.us@outlook.com. We respond within 30 days.

6. GDPR (EU/EEA Users)

We process EU personal data under contract performance, legitimate interests, and consent as applicable. Data may be transferred to the US under Standard Contractual Clauses. Business customers may request a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) by email. You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

By using Stitch AI you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The Service

Stitch AI provides AI-powered embroidery digitizing, vectorization, and image processing via our web application. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

2. Accounts & Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old. If using on behalf of a business, you represent you have authority to bind it. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

• Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis via Stripe
• Credits reset each billing period — unused credits do not roll over
• No refunds for consumed credits; technical failures reviewed case-by-case
• Cancel anytime; access continues to end of billing period
• Price changes communicated with 30 days' notice

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use Stitch AI to process images that infringe third-party IP, contain illegal content, or attempt to reverse-engineer our AI models. You may not circumvent usage limits or resell access without written consent.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of images you upload and the output files generated from them. The Stitch AI platform, software, and AI models remain the exclusive property of RosesAllDesign.

6. AI Output

AI-generated files may require manual review before commercial production. Results vary by image complexity. You are responsible for verifying output suitability.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of (a) amounts paid in the 12 months prior or (b) $50 USD. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Florida law. Disputes shall be resolved in Florida courts. Mandatory EU consumer protection laws are not overridden.
